We interpolated the
2015 and 2045 values of the cardinal distribution to estimate 2023 percentages. Table 2 shows
the proposed development's trip -distribution percentages.
Table 2 - Cardinal Distribution
2015
4.50%
0.00%
0,00%
0.70%
2T00%
22.50%
23.20%
22.10%
2045
2.90%
0.00%
0.00%
1.20%
28.70%
28.50%
18.30%
20.40%
2023
4.07%
0.00%
0.00%
0.83%
27.45%
24.10%
21.89%
21.65%
Intersection Sight Distance
The development will provide adequate intersection sight distances (ISD) at the proposed
driveways along Collins Avenue that will meet Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT)
requirements for exiting vehicles based on the standards for a six -lane roadway with a 40 MPH
design speed. The proposed north driveway will provide a sight distance longer than 615 feet as
required by FDOT. Sheet C-300 included in Attachment B shows the FDOT sight triangles.
LANGAA216
