At this time the City wishes to extend the <br />contract term to 455 calendar days and final completion to 485 calendar days, without additional <br />compensation, to complete the project. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Funds have been appropriated in account no. 300-6-5720-465110-15003. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Second Amendment - Nunez Construction <br />Item Number: 9.0 <br />835 <br />
