The Town of Davie's contract scope includes, but is <br />not limited to, providing complete production of audio-visual services for Town meetings and events, <br />including labor, staffing, equipment, lighting technicians, sound technicians, producers, directors, <br />camera operators, and additional personnel as needed. <br />The Contractor must be able to provide all-inclusive full sound, visual, and lighting services for Town <br />events ranging in size. On April 22, 2021, the Town of Davie received four proposals in response to their <br />RFP, in which Full Moon Creative LLC was the highest ranked proposal. <br />The city seeks to piggyback this contract for audiovisual (A/V) maintenance and repair services related <br />to the Government Center Commission Chambers' livestream broadcasting and control room, and as - <br />needed citywide event production. <br />These services will ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution of any technical issues affecting <br />Item Number: 9.1 <br />128 <br />
