The City has used Insight module to postjobs, process applications, track applicants, <br />and schedule interviews. The City also utilizes Onboarding module for new hires, which allows us to <br />process hiring documents online for newly hired employees, and then transition the information into <br />the City's current Human Resources systems. This reduces the amount of duplicative information that <br />an applicant must type and allows the City to electronically process the information. <br />Approving a Agreement with Governmentjobs.com, Inc., d/b/a NEOGOV, to Provide Workforce <br />Management Solutions, in an Amount not to Exceed $140,705.52. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />NEOGOV is an industry standard for hiring software. Their customer lists span the entire United States, <br />and the City has successfully used them for many years. The services provided by NEOGOV will allow <br />the City to take an applicant from application to hiring with integration into the City's HR system in a <br />quick and effortless process.
