The Contractor agrees to post in conspicuous places, available to employees and applicants for
<br />employment, notices to be provided by the City setting forth the provisions of this non-
<br />discrimination clause. The Contractor agrees to comply with any Federal regulations issued
<br />pursuant to compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. 708), which
<br />prohibits discrimination against the handicapped in any Federally assisted program.
<br />14.5 Discriminatory Vendor List
<br />14.5.1. Pursuant to Section 287.134, Florida Statutes, an entity or affiliate who has been
<br />placed on the discriminatory vendor list may not submit a bid, proposal, or reply on a contract to
<br />provide any goods or services to a public entity; may not submit a bid, proposal, or reply on a
<br />contract with a public entity for the construction or repair of a public building or public work; may
<br />not submit bids, proposals, or replies on leases of real property to a public entity; may not be
<br />awarded or perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract
<br />with any public entity; and may not transact business with any public entity. By execution of this
<br />Contract, Contractor represents that it has not been placed on the discriminatory vendor list as
<br />provided in Section 287.134, Florida Statutes.
<br />14.6 Public Entity Crimes
<br />14.6.1. Pursuant to Section 287.133, Florida Statutes, a person or affiliate who has been
<br />placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime may not submit
<br />a bid, proposal, or reply on a contract to provide any goods or services to a public entity; may not
<br />submit a bid, proposal, or reply on a contract with a public entity for the construction or repair of
<br />a public building or public work; may not submit bids, proposals, or replies on leases of real
<br />property to a public entity; may not be awarded or perform work as a contractor, supplier,
<br />subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with any public entity; and may not transact business
<br />with any public entity in excess of the threshold amount provided in s. 287.017 for CATEGORY TWO
<br />for a period of 36 months following the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list. By
<br />execution of this Contract, Contractor represents that it has not been placed on the convicted
<br />vendor list as provided in Section 287.133, Florida Statutes.
<br />14.7 Scrutinized Companies
<br />14.7.1. Pursuant to Florida Statutes Section 287.135, and subject to limited exceptions
<br />contained therein, a company is ineligible to, and may not, bid on, submit a proposal for, or enter
<br />into or renew a contract with an agency or local governmental entity for goods or services if at the
<br />time of bidding, submitting a proposal for, or entering into or renewing a contract, the company is
<br />on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List or is engaged in the boycott of Israel.
<br />Contractors must certify that the company is not participating in a boycott of Israel. Any contract
<br />for goods or services of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) or more shall be terminated at the City's
<br />option if it is discovered that the company submitted a false certification, or at the time of bidding,
<br />submitting a proposal for, or entering into or renewing a contract, is listed on the Scrutinized
<br />Companies with Activities in Sudan List, the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran
<br />Terrorism Sectors List, created pursuant to Florida Statute Section 215.473, or is or has been
<br />engaged in business operations in Cuba or Syria, after July 1, 2018.
