condominiums, and the common areas of hotels, apartment -hotels, and residential apartments shall <br />take one of the following measures within three (3) years of adoption of the ordinance: apply window <br />tint or film that meets the light transmittance standards for tinted glass, rearrange lamps or other <br />moveable fixtures away from windows, or use opaque shades or room darkening window treatments. <br />The interior lighting of existing individually owned condominium units, individually rented apartment <br />units, and the guest rooms of hotels and apartment -hotels are encouraged to reduce, minimum, or <br />eliminate the negative effects of existing interior lighting visible from the beach at nighttime, but will not <br />be subject to full compliance of the ordinance. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />The adoption of this Ordinance will have a financial impact on businesses within the City which is <br />reflected in the attached Business Impact Statement. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Ordinance <br />Business Impact Estimate <br />Item Number: 6.0 <br />475 <br />
