Approval of First Amendment. The City Commission hereby approves a First <br />Amendment to the Agreement with the Contractor for the Additional Services, in an amount <br />not to exceed Two Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($240,000.00), bringing the <br />total contract amount not exceed Two Hundred Eighty -Eight Thousand Fifty Dollars and No <br />Cents ($288,050.00), attached hereto as Exhibit "A". <br />Section 2. Authority of the Mayor. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said <br />Amendment. <br />Section 3. Authority of the City Manager.
