Compass to provide the desired Services, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", where Compass shall pay <br />to the City a license fee equal to twenty-seven percent 27% of the gross sales from all vending <br />machines located on City property. <br />Section 2. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do all <br />things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. <br />Section 3. Effective Date.
