1 <br />ADDENDUM # 2 <br />REVISIONS <br />DATE: MAY 6, 2026 <br />TO: ALL PLANHOLDERS <br />FROM: PURCHASING DIRECTOR <br />RFP NO.: RFP 26-04-01 CITYWIDE HOLIDAY LIGHTING AND DECORATING SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: ADDENDUM NO. 2 <br />PLEASE NOTE RECEIPT OF THIS ADDENDUM BY COMPLETING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF <br />ADDENDA’ WITH YOUR PROPOSAL’S SUBMISSION. <br />Revision 1: ORIGINAL PAGE 12 <br />2.4 MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (MQRS) <br />A.
