Unit 13 <br />Cape Coral FL, 33904 <br />Dear Evaluation Committee, <br />Artistic Holiday Designs, LLC is pleased to submit our proposal in response to RFP No. 26-04-01 – Citywide <br />Holiday Lighting & Decorating Services for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br />With over a decade of experience delivering turnkey holiday lighting programs for municipalities and <br />destination environments, our team is uniquely positioned to support Sunny Isles Beach in creating a visually <br />impactful, inclusive, and memorable holiday experience across its parks, rights-of-way, and public spaces. <br />We understand the City’s vision of enhancing highly visible corridors such as Collins Avenue, while activating <br />key destinations including Heritage Park, Town Center Park, Samson Oceanfront Park, and Gateway Park. <br />Our approach focuses on delivering cohesive, coastal-appropriate designs using neutral and inclusive holiday <br />elements that reflect the diverse and vibrant community of Sunny Isles Beach. <br />Artistic Holiday Designs provides a comprehensive, end-to-end service model including design, engineering, <br />installation, maintenance, removal, and storage. All services are performed by our experienced in-house team, <br />including licensed electricians, ensuring full compliance, quality control, and efficient execution throughout the <br />project lifecycle. Our operational structure allows us to meet critical milestones, including full installation prior <br />to the City’s required activation date and complete removal by the end of January. <br />With a strong presence in Florida and extensive experience operating in coastal environments, we understand <br />the logistical, environmental, and scheduling demands associated with projects in South Florida.
