Project Samples — Last Three Years <br />This section responds to RFP §5.2 and MQR B (a strong, documented track record of at least three <br />Commercial Outdoor Holiday Lighting Installation and Maintenance projects from 2020–2025) and the <br />requirement for samples of similar past work, preferably with government agencies, executed within the <br />last three years. <br /> <br />Project 1 —Jefferson Parish Streets and Parkways Holiday Lighting <br />Client Jefferson Parish – Streets and Parkways Holiday Lighting <br />Term 4 Consecutive seasons <br />Contract Value Awarded under turnkey single-source contract; multi-six-figure annual value <br />Scope Summary <br />Downtown-wide holiday lighting and seasonal décor — street trees from 12' to <br />60'+, 180–200 decorative lamp posts on Bedford Street, Atlantic Street, Grey Rock <br />and other corridors; six traffic signal pole Candy Cane wraps; parking garage <br />garland and 30" snowflakes; large feature trees at Columbus Park and the <br />Ferguson Library; turnkey design through storage. <br />Comparable RFP Element <br />Directly comparable to the Sunny Isles scope at every level: a turnkey, <br />municipally-administered downtown program with pole-mounted décor across <br />hundreds of poles, palm/tree wrapping, feature park installations, a 98%+ uptime <br />commitment, 24/48/72-hour SLA tiers, and full vendor-supplied materials.
