Where any portion of the work would require a licensed electrical <br />subcontractor, Be The Light Decor will engage a Florida-licensed Certified Electrical <br />Contractor and provide a copy of the license to the City. [ <br />B. Three (3) <br />Commercial Outdoor <br />Holiday Lighting <br />Projects (2020–2025) <br />Demonstrated in Section 3 of this proposal. Projects include Jefferson Parish Streets <br />& Parkways (multi-year municipal), BREC – Baton Rouge Zoo Lights (multi-year <br />public-realm), and City of Blue Ridge, GA / City of Abbeville, SC (downtown <br />municipal). Each was similar in size and scope to the Sunny Isles program. Per <br />Addendum 3, Q31, HOA community and beachfront residential association <br />installations of comparable scale also qualify, and additional references of that <br />nature are available on request. <br />C. Three (3) Client <br />Reference Letters <br />Provided in Section 4 of this proposal (References) together with the Reference <br />Questionnaires required by Section 6 of the RFP. Three samples of past work <br />demonstrating originality, creativity, innovation, and customization are included in <br />Section 5 (Project Photos & Portfolio). <br />D. Audited Financial <br />Statements <br />Be The Light Decor will submit two (2) years of its most recent certified business <br />financial statements to the City's CPA under separate confidential cover, <br />accompanied by a written statement, signed by an authorized representative, <br />attesting that the present financial condition is materially the same as that shown <br />on the submitted statements.
