The included renderings and conceptual designs were developed to illustrate how thoughtfully curated holiday décor can create elegant, engaging, and “Instagrammable” destination-style experiences while preserving the sophisticated aesthetic identity of Sunny Isles Beach. Equally important, MCL understands that successful municipal holiday programs require far more than attractive décor alone. Reliability during high-visibility public events, responsive maintenance operations, safe installation practices, and consistent communication are critical to the City’s success.
