equipment, and supervisory personnel are consistently positioned near the City when needed most.
Our proposal has been strategically designed around the City’s stated priorities, with a strong emphasis
on Collins Avenue and Gateway Park as primary focal areas. We recognize these highly visible locations
serve not only as transportation corridors and public gathering spaces, but also as defining visual
gateways for residents and visitors alike. The included renderings and conceptual designs were
developed to illustrate how thoughtfully curated holiday décor can create elegant, engaging, and
“Instagrammable” destination-style experiences while preserving the sophisticated aesthetic identity of
Sunny Isles Beach.
Equally important, MCL understands that successful municipal holiday programs require far more than
attractive décor alone. Reliability during high-visibility public events, responsive maintenance operations,
safe installation practices, and consistent communication are critical to the City’s success. Our
operational model is specifically designed to support these priorities through proactive maintenance
protocols, real-time field coordination, and dedicated on-site support during major City events and
ceremonies.
MCL appreciates the opportunity to once again partner with the City of Sunny Isles Beach and present our
vision for this important project. We are confident that our combination of municipal experience,
technological innovation, operational infrastructure, and design capabilities uniquely positions MCL to
deliver a holiday program that exceeds the City’s expectations and creates a memorable seasonal
experience for the entire community.
Thank you for your consideration. We look forward to the oppor tunity to further discuss our proposal with
the City.
Sincerely,

Kurt Stange
President
Miami Christmas Lights

South Florida Lighting Team, LLC DBA Miami Christmas Lights.
4
