bidders to DRC Emergency Services, as Primary Contractor and Phillips & Jordan, Inc. as Secondary <br />Contractor. <br />The two existing contracts are set to expire on June 22, 2026, and each includes one (1) available two- <br />year renewal option. Through this item, staff is presenting the two-year renewal of both contracts for <br />your consideration. All pricing, terms, and conditions of the original contracts will remain in effect for <br />the renewal period, extending the contracts through June 23, 2028. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />Pursuant to the Code of Ordinance § 62-6(d), all purchases of and contracts for equipment, supplies and <br />contractual services, when the estimated cost shall exceed $50,000.00 shall be based on competitive <br />bids. <br />A complete copy of the contract file, including all exhibits and attachments, is on file with the Office of <br />the City Clerk and is available upon request. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Upon declaration of a state of emergency by either the County, State, or Federal government, all costs <br />associated with this contract will be reimbursed to the City, if approved by the Federal agency. Per <br />FEMA, eligible costs are expenses tied directly to eligible work, and must be adequately documented, <br />authorized, necessary and reasonable.
