Grandinetti, Police Captain <br /> DATE: 1/15/2015 <br /> Approval to Purchase three (3) Police Department <br /> RE: Vehicles and associated equipment not to exceed <br /> $115,098.54 <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> It is recommended that the City Commission adopt the attached <br /> resolution authorizing the City Manager to purchase one (1) Chevy <br /> Tahoe K-9 Police Vehicle, one (1) Chevy Impala Police Administrative <br /> Vehicle and one (1) Nissan NV Cargo Van (Police Crime Scene <br /> Vehicle) and all associated equipment and lighting not to exceed $ <br /> 115,098.54 <br /> REASONS: <br /> The Sunny Isles Beach Police Department rotates a portion of the <br /> police fleet annually to assure the safety and reliability of its equipment <br /> to our officers.
