All items in Group 1 must be <br />bid and assigned a dollar value. The Group 1 price sheet is mandatory to be completed in its <br />entirety. Items in groups 2 and 3 are optional, however Proposers may not bid in Group 3 unless <br />all items in Group 2 have been assigned a dollar value. Any items that are not included in the <br />Proposers’ proposal must include N/A in the dollar value section. All groups must be filled out, <br />either with a dollar value or N/A, as applicable. <br /> <br />2.3 NON-MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE <br /> <br />A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on FRIDAY, APRIL 17, 2026 AT 11:00 AM <br />to discuss the special conditions and specifications included within this solicitation. It is strongly <br />encouraged that Proposers interested in proposing to this RFP attend the meeting as a tool to be <br />successful in responding to the City’s solicitation. <br /> <br /> Zoom hyperlink: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81551357115 <br /> <br />2.4 MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (MQRS) <br /> <br />I. Please read the MQRs to ensure the Firm meets these requirements prior to submitting a <br />response to this RFP. <br /> <br />II. ALL MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (MQRS) BELOW (“A” – “D”) MUST BE <br />SUBMITTED WITH PROPOSER’S RESPONSE. <br /> <br />III. Proposers that do not comply with MQRs may be determined non-responsive and <br />disqualified. <br /> <br />A. The Proposer and/or Sub-contractor shall hold the proper license in the State of Florida <br />to perform the Scope of Work set forth within this solicitation to include being registered <br />as a Certified Electrical Contractor with the State of Florida along with registration to <br />conduct business in the State of Florida in all required disciplines, as required by the City’s <br />requirements based on the proposed electrical work Proposing firm must provide a copy <br />of the applicable license(s) with proposal response. <br /> <br />B. The Proposer must demonstrate a strong documented track record of providing at least <br />three (3) Commercial Outdoor Holiday Lighting Installation and Maintenance, within the <br />last five (5) years, 2020-2025. <br /> <br />C. The Proposer shall provide reference letters for no less than three (3) clients in which <br />the Proposer served as primary contractor for projects similar in size and scope within the <br />last five (5) years, 2020 - 2025. Please note that the references must be for the same <br />projects in response to MQR “b” above. <br />• Provide Three samples of past work demonstrating originality, creativity, <br />innovation and customization. <br />
