MPT- — General Notes & Legend <br />Work Hours, Applicable Standards & Device Legend | Sheet MPT-01 <br />General MPT Notes <br />Nightly work window: 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM daily. All <br />lanes, sidewalks, driveways and access points reopened <br />by 5:00 AM. <br />No non-emergency lane closures during 6:00 AM to <br />9:00 AM and 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. <br />Temporary traffic control consistent with FDOT Standard <br />Plans 102 Series, MUTCD Part 6, City requirements and <br />permit conditions. <br />MPT setup and removal supervised by a <br />qualified/certified traffic control person. Workers to wear <br />Class 3 nighttime high-visibility apparel. <br />Maintain emergency vehicle access, hotel/residential <br />access, driveways, transit stops, pedestrian crossings <br />and ADA paths at all times. <br />Do not block signal heads, signs, crosswalks, stop bars, <br />fire hydrants, driveways, drainage structures or sight <br />triangles. <br />Electrical & Décor Notes <br />All cords shall be outdoor-rated, grounded where <br />required, protected from weather, and routed to prevent <br />trip hazards or damage. <br />Decor and lighting shall be secured for nighttime public <br />exposure and wind conditions. No loose ties, cords or <br />materials at closeout. <br />Bucket trucks, lifts and loading activities must use <br />spotters.
