JEUNIFIED <br />TECHNOLOGIES1001111 <br />Statement of Work <br />This Statement of Work ("SOW") dated March 10, 2026 is made between R2 Unified Technologies, <br />LLC ("R2"), a Limited Liability Company organized under the laws of Florida with a principal <br />location at 980 North Federal Hwy, Ste 410, Boca Raton, FL 33432 and City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />("Client"), a Municipal Corporation organized under the laws of Florida with a principal location at <br />18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160. This SOW applies to the delivery, invoicing and <br />payment of the services detailed herein. <br />Work under this SOW will be performed on a time and material basis. <br />This contract is subject to the terms and conditions of NASPO Contract 43220000-NASPO-19-ACS, <br />which is incorporated by reference. <br />Work under this SOW will be performed at the Client's principal location, other referenced sites <br />and remotely. <br />This proposal or quotation includes data that shall not be disclosed outside Client and shall not be <br />duplicated, used or disclosed, in whole or in part, for any purpose other than to evaluate this <br />proposal or quotation. If, however, a contract is awarded to this offer or as a result of, or in <br />connection with, the submission of this data, Client shall have the right to duplicate, use or <br />disclose the data to the extent provided in the resulting contract. This restriction does not limit <br />Client's right to use information contained in this data if it is obtained from another source <br />without restriction. <br />R2 recognizes and accepts that there may be delays in commencing a project or during the project <br />lifecycle due to specific events that may occur outside of the control of R2 or the Client. R2 <br />considers these delays a normal part of conducting business and will work with the Client to <br />accommodate these delays. <br />R2 reserves the right to reassign resources and or re -prioritize this project if a delay occurs due to <br />lack of response from the Client or the requested suspension of the project by the Client. Project <br />delays or suspension over 6 months may require the project to be closed or add additional cost to <br />the project. <br />Interpretation. To the extent that the terms of a Quote are inconsistent or conflict with this SOW, <br />this SOW will govern. Both parties have had the opportunity to have this SOW reviewed by their <br />attorneys. <br />Statement of Work page 4 of 40 <br />
