Price protection has been applied to ensure the City receives the best available pricing. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />This project will replace the aging and out -of -warranty Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units at the <br />City Hall and Police Department Data Centers to ensure reliable backup power for critical servers, <br />network equipment, and other essential technology systems. <br />As the City's technology infrastructure continues to grow, maintaining dependable UPS systems is <br />necessary to support uninterrupted operations. <br />A contingency of $20,000 is requested for unforeseen shipping costs, additional equipment needs, and <br />related infrastructure requirements. <br />A Purchase Order for $27,251.98 has already been issued under the City's Informal Purchasing <br />Authority, and this purchase is being made through a piggyback of the GSA Multiple Award Schedule <br />Item Number: 9.F <br />260 <br />
