MCYTALS. The Recitals set forth above are hereby incorporated into this Agreement and made a part hereof for reference. 2. THE CONTRACT DOCU141EltlTS, The Contract Documents consist of this Agreement, as well as the terms and conditions of Miami -Dade County issued RFP 00199 "Security Guard Services for Miami -Dade Water & Sewer Department" and awarded agreement. dated September 1, 2017, as amended, which are specifically incorporated herein and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A", as well as Contractor's proposal to the City, attached. as Exhibit `B" (hereinafter referred to as "Contract Documents"). Except with regard to the bidding process, the term "Miami Dade County" or "Miami Dade County Water and Sewer Department" as set: forth in the Miami -Dade County Agreement, where context permits, means the City. 3. SERWCES. Contractor shall provide services to the City pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in the Miami -Dade County issued RPT 00188 "Security Guard Services for Miaral Dade Water & Sewer Department", the awarded agreement dated September 1, 2017, as amended, and the proposal to the City attached hereto as Exhibit " B" (hereinafter referred to as "Services'), as more particularly set forth below:. A. Contractor shall provide one (1) unarmed level 2 security officer to be stationed at the City's Government Center Lobby, 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days, inclusive of all holidays; B. The security officer assigned to the City as set forth in Section (3)(A) herein shall be responsible for receiving and checking in any visitors to the Government Center, for all floors and departments, including the library, utilizing the City's Visitor Management System; C. For visitors to Government Center after the City's normal hours of operation, the assigned security officer shall provide access to any individuals seeking to visit the City's Police Department, The City may, from time to time, require additional security services for special events or for other purposes ("Additional Services"), Contractor agrees to provide Additional Services upon the City's requests at the hourly rates set forth in Contractor's proposed attached hereto as "Exhibit 13,E The Services shall be performed by Contractor to the full satisfarAoxi of the City. Contractor agrees to £prnish all labor and material in a good and workmanlike and professional mamer to perform Services. Contractor agrees to have a qualified representative to audit and inspect.the Services provided on a regular basis to ensure all Services are being performed in accordance with the City's needs and peasuant to the terms of this Agreement and shall report to the City accordingly. Contractor agrees to immediately inform the City via telephone and in writing of any problems that could cause damage to the City's property, improvements and persons. Contractor r 208
