SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR <br />BACKFLOW PREVENTION AND PLUMBING SERVICES <br />THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT for Backflow prevention and plumbing services for <br />the City of Fort Lauderdale ("Agreement'), made this `' day of <br />10AN __ , 2025 ("Effective Date"), is by <br />and between the City of Fort Lauderdale, a Florida municipality ("City"), with its <br />principal address located at 1`01 NE 3rd Avenue, Suite 2100, Fort Lauderdale, <br />Florida 33301, and Pipeline Plumbing Services of Broward, Inc., a Florida profit <br />corporation ("Contractor".) with its principal address located at 125 Northwest 13th <br />Street, Unit B-5, Boca Raton, Florida 33421; Email: mybackflow cr.att.net Phone`. <br />(954) 695-2430, (individually, "Party" and collectively, "Parties"). <br />NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual promises and <br />covenants set forth herein and other good and valuable consideration, the City and <br />the Contractor covenant and agree as follows: <br />WITNESSETH: <br />I. DOCUMENTS <br />The following documents (collectively, "Contract Documents") are hereby <br />incorporated into and made part of this Agreement: <br />(1) Invitation to Bid. Event No. 318-2 - Backflow Prevention and Plumbing <br />Services, including any and all exhibits and addenda prepared by the <br />City of Fort Lauderdale, ("ITB" or "Exhibit A"). <br />(2) The Contractor's response to the ITB, dated October 15, 2024, <br />("Exhibit B"), except that any language contained in Exhibit B <br />suggesting that any part of Exhibit B is confidential is deleted by this <br />reference. <br />All Contract Documents may also be collectively referred to as the "Documents." <br />In the eventof any conflict between or among the Documents or any ambiguity or <br />missing specifications or instruction, the following priority is established: <br />A. First, this Agreement dated 2025 and any <br />attachments. <br />B. Second, Exhibit A.. <br />C. Third, Exhibit B. <br />II.
