The City duly advertised the ITB on August 15, 2022, and The Goodyear Tire & Rubber <br />Company (Contractor) was awarded a contract via Resolution 2022-3397. <br />The Contractor continues to be qualified to provide the services on the terms and conditions. The City <br />wishes to renew the agreement with Contractor to provide the desired Services for a total amount not <br />to exceed $150,000.00. <br />The Goodyear services include, but are not limited to: Oil Changes, Oil Filter Changes, Tire Rotations, <br />Tire Replacements, Battery Replacements, and alternator replacements. <br />Subsequent to this renewal, there are no remaining renewal options available. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />Copies of the complete contract documents are on file with the Office of the City Clerk and are available <br />upon request. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Item Number: 9.E <br />170 <br />
