Cents ($51,873.00), bringing the total contract amount not to exceed One Million Two Hundred <br />Twenty -Nine Thousand Six Hundred Ninety -Three Dollars and No Cents ($1,229,693.00); <br />attached hereto as Exhibit "A". <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY <br />ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approval of Fifth Amendment. The City Commission hereby approves a Fifth <br />Amendment to the Agreement with the Contractor to provide the Additional Services for the <br />Undergrounding Project, in an amount not to exceed Three Hundred Ninety -Seven Thousand Six <br />Hundred Ninety -Three Dollars and No Cents ($397,693.00), which includes a contingency, if <br />necessary, in an amount not to exceed Fifty -One Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy -Three Dollars <br />and No Cents ($51,873.00), bringing the total contract amount not to exceed One Million Two <br />Hundred Twenty -Nine Thousand Six Hundred Ninety -Three Dollars and No Cents <br />($1,229,693.00), attached hereto as Exhibit "A". <br />Section 2. Authorization of the Mayor. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said Fifth <br />Amendment. <br />Section 3. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do all <br />things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. <br />Section 4. Effective Date.
