Docusign Envelope ID: 83B2B5E7-55EC-4E19-8800-2402DD42D309 <br />AMENDMENT <br />TO <br />LOCALLY FUNDED AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN <br />STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br />AND <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA <br />THIS AMENDMENT TO LOCALLY FUNDED AGREEMENT BETWEEN STATE OF FLORIDA, <br />DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATIw" AND CITY OF SUNNY !SEES BEACH, FLORIDA <br />m (this "Aendment") is entered into as of )UYi 2. 6, 2026, by and between the STATE OF FLORIDA, <br />DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, an agency of the State of Florida (the "Department") and CITY <br />OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida (the "Participant") <br />(collectively, the Department and the Participant shall be referred to as the "Parties; and individually, as <br />"Party") <br />RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, the Department and the Participant entered into a Locally Funded Agreement dated <br />November 27, 2023 (the "LFA") for the rehabilitation and/or replacement of the existing Bridge Number <br />874218, FM 430029-2 (the "Project"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Participant has previously furnished the Department with ONE MILLION AND <br />TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND. FOUR HUNDRED AND NINE DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS <br />($1,023,409.00) for the Project in accordance with the LFA; and <br />WHEREAS, the Project cost has increased and the Parties desire to amend the LFA to account for <br />the additional funds the Participant must contribute as well as.the contact information for each Party_ <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are true and correct and are hereby incorporated into this Amendment <br />by this reference. <br />2. Exhibit "B" of the LFA, which sets forth each Party's contribution to the Project, is deleted in its <br />entirety and is replaced with the revised ATTACHMENT 1 attached hereto and made a part of the LFA. <br />3. Section 4.m. is deleted in its entirety and is replaced with the following: <br />m.
