4. Traffic and Parking Impacts <br />The proposed daycare operation is not expected to create significant traffic or parking <br />impacts beyond those associated with the current use of the facility. Drop-off and pick- <br />up activities will be managed through staggered scheduling procedures to minimize <br />congestion and ensure safe circulation within the site and surrounding area. <br />5. Adequacy of Public Facilities and Services <br />The site is adequately served by existing public facilities and services, including roads, <br />utilities, emergency services, and infrastructure necessary to support the proposed use. <br />6. Compliance with Applicable Regulations <br />The proposed daycare use will comply with all applicable provisions of the City Code, <br />Land Development Regulations, and all state licensing requirements governing <br />childcare facilities. <br />7. Compatibility with Adjacent Uses and Community Interests <br />The daycare will provide a valuable community service by expanding access to <br />childcare and early education opportunities for families residing in Sunny Isles Beach <br />and surrounding areas.
