Why BA <br />BA is uniquely qualified to provide Architecture and Landscape Architecture services to the City of Sunny isles Beach based on our <br />established relationship with the City, multidisciplinary resources, and extensive municipal experience throughout South Florida. <br />Most importantly, BA previously served as the City’s continuing landscape architecture consultant, providing the responsiveness, <br />technical expertise, and client-focused service that the City seeks through this RFQ. <br />How BA Meets or Exceeds the RFQ Requirements <br />• Qualified in Requested Disciplines: BA is seeking prequalification under the Architecture and Landscape Architecture <br />disciplines identified in the RFQ and provides comprehensive design services through experienced, licensed professionals. <br />• Proven Experience with the City: BA previously held the City’s continuing services contract for landscape architecture, giving <br />our team firsthand knowledge of the City’s standards, processes, community character, and project expectations. <br />• Municipal Project Expertise: BA has successfully delivered parks, streetscapes, civic facilities, waterfront improvements, public <br />spaces, and community enhancement projects for municipalities throughout South Florida. <br />• Continuing Services Experience: Our team has extensive experience performing under continuing services and on-call <br />contracts, allowing us to respond quickly, manage multiple assignments efficiently, and support City staff as an extension of <br />their team. <br />• Multidisciplinary Resources: With architecture, landscape architecture, planning, and engineering expertise available through <br />a coordinated team, BA provides the breadth of services necessary to address diverse project needs. <br />• Local Presence and Responsiveness: Located in Coral Gables, BA offers convenient access to Sunny isles Beach and the <br />ability to provide timely site visits, meetings, and project support. <br />• Capacity to Support the Contract: Backed by more than 100 professionals, BA has the personnel and technical resources to <br />successfully execute multiple task orders while maintaining quality and schedule commitments. <br />Through our prior service to the City, successful performance under a continuing services contract, and broad municipal design <br />expertise, BA offers a low-risk, highly qualified team capable of delivering responsive, innovative, and cost-effective architectural <br />and landscape architectural services that advance the City’s goals and vision. <br />P.
