<br />to the City’s RFQ for Continuing Professional Services for Landscape Architecture
<br />and Architecture. As one of South Florida’s leading multidisciplinary architecture,

<br />Our team is already familiar with the City of Sunny isles Beach, having successfully
<br />completed professional assignments for the City in the past and currently serving
<br />the Parks Department under an active continuing services contract to monitor
<br />the performance of the City’s landscape maintenance contractor. This ongoing
<br />collaboration has provided our team with valuable insight into the City’s parks system,
<br />operational priorities, maintenance standards, and commitment to maintaining
<br />exceptional public spaces. Combined with our extensive experience designing parks,
<br />streetscapes, civic facilities, waterfront destinations, and resilient public environments
<br />throughout South Florida, BA is uniquely positioned to provide responsive, practical,
