Staffing Approach <br />BA has assembled an integrated team of planning, landscape architecture, architecture, and engineering professionals who have <br />successfully collaborated on parks, recreation, streetscape, public facility, and municipal projects throughout South Florida. Our <br />staffing structure provides the City with direct access to senior decision-makers while maintaining the technical depth necessary <br />to support assignments of varying size, complexity, and schedule requirements. <br />For Landscape Architecture services, Randy Hollingworth will serve as Principal-in-Charge, providing executive oversight and <br />strategic guidance. With more than 35 years of experience in urban design, park planning, and public realm projects, he brings <br />extensive expertise in municipal and waterfront environments. Kirk Olney, a Florida Registered Landscape Architect with more than <br />20 years of experience in parks, streetscapes, and public space design, will serve as Project Manager and primary point of contact <br />for landscape architectural assignments. <br />For Architecture services, Agustin Barrera will serve as Principal-in-Charge, providing senior leadership and quality oversight. With <br />more than 30 years of architectural experience, he has led a diverse portfolio of civic, recreational, educational, and community- <br />focused projects. Rai Fernandez will serve as Project Manager, bringing more than 40 years of experience managing, planning, <br />and designing award-winning public and private facilities. Supported by Boukman Mangones, Thais Dunn, Jing Ye, and Anthony <br />Valino, our architectural team offers comprehensive capabilities from planning and design through specifications, bidding support, <br />and construction administration. <br />Supporting BA is a trusted team of specialty consultants that provides seamless continuity between our Landscape Architecture and <br />Architecture service teams. Five subconsultants — Craig A. Smith & Associates (surveying and mapping), Hammond & Associates <br />(MEP, fire protection, and low-voltage engineering), MUEngineers (structural engineering and specialty engineering inspections), <br />Tierra South Florida (geotechnical engineering), and The Bosch Group (cost estimating) — will support both disciplines, providing <br />the City with consistent technical expertise and coordinated project delivery across a wide range of assignments. <br />For Landscape Architecture projects, BA’s core team will be supplemented by three additional specialty consultants: RES Florida <br />Consulting DBA E Sciences (environmental services), Patrick Hannah Certified Arborist (arborist services), and Kenneth DiDonato <br />(irrigation design).
