The scope of work typically includes performing structural and electrical <br />recertification inspections and preparing the required County-standard reports and forms. When deficiencies are <br />identified, CAP provides engineering design and prepares construction documents for the necessary repairs and <br />improvements to address the identified conditions, restore the building to a safe condition, and obtain final <br />recertification approval.
