<br />PROFILE
<br />Mrs. Liu has a wide range of experience in consulting engineering throughout her 29-year
<br />career. Her experience includes over twenty years of providing project management
<br />services to various planning, studies, data collection, and GIS projects. Mrs. Liu has
<br />produced many scoping reports for resurfacing and reconstruction roadway projects and
<br />has been involved in numerous roadway design and planning projects in FDOT. Mrs. Liu is
<br />very familiar with FDOT Roadway Standards, the FDOT FDM, and AASHTO design standards
<br />for roadway, signing and pavement markings, drainage, specifications, and preparing
<br />exceptions and variation reports. Her experience expands to managing contracts in which all
<br />modes are addressed including rail, freight and aviation related tasks. She has generally
<br />participated in tasks involving freight evaluations, transit services, FTA inspections, scoping
<br />reports, traffic forecasting and modeling, and public involvement.

<br />Design
<br />FDOT D6 | SR 985/NW 107 Ave from North of Flagler Street to North of SR 836/Dolphin
<br />Expwy (2024-Present) | Mrs. Liu is serving as Engineer of Record and Project Manager. The
<br />project consists of milling & resurfacing, adjusting manhole covers and utility valves, installing
<br />guardrail for the rigid barrier with sloped concrete end treatment along the northbound SR
<br />985/NW 107th Avenue, below the bridges of the SR 836/Dolphin Expressway, evaluating cross
<br />slopes, installing hardened centerlines (traffic separators) to supplement the crosswalks at the
<br />intersections of SR 985/NW 107th Avenue with NW 7th Street/Fontainebleau Blvd., updating
<br />sub—standard ground mounted signs, upgrading all pavement markings, and replacing signal

<br />FDOT D6 | SR 90/US 41/SW 7th St from West of SW 2nd AvetoBrickell Ave (2022-Present)
<br />| Mrs. Liu is serving as Engineer of Record and Project Manager. The project consists of milling
<br />& resurfacing, correcting failures, adjusting manhole covers and utility valves, evaluating cross
<br />slopes, extending the south median of Brickell Ave, evaluating sight distance, installing bulb-
<br />outs at SW 1st Ct Ave, correcting misalignment at South Miami Ave, extending median at SW
<br />2nd Ave, and coordination with the City of Miami/MDC/Underline about road realignment under

<br />FDOT D4 | Bayview Drive from N. of SR 838/ Sunrise Blvd to S. of SR 870/ Commercial
<br />Blvd (2019-2022) |Mrs. Liu served as Engineer of Record and Project Manager. The project
<br />entailed adding bike lanes along southbound Bayview Drive between NE 26th Street and NE
<br />25th Place, installing sidewalks where there are none along Bayview Drive from SR-838/Sunrise
<br />Blvd to SR-870/Commercial Blvd, installing midblock crossings at these three locations; NE
<br />12th Street, NE 15th Street and NE 27th Street and at existing signalized intersections (NE
<br />19th Street and NE 45th Street), installing raised intersections along Bayview Drive where
<br />feasible at NE 14th Street, NE 18th Street, NE 27th Street and NE 40th Street. Also included
<br />installing roundabouts at NE 37th Drive, NE 47th Street, and the addition of a median separator
<br />and modifications to the intersection of NE 28th Avenue. Reduce pedestrian crossing distance

<br />842/Broward Blvd, Broward County, FL (2017-2020)|Mrs. Liu served as Engineer of Record
<br />and Project Manager.The project entailed transit improvements to bus shelters at 11 locations
