<br />•Seminole Tribe of Florida Ball Field Renovations; Immokalee, FL: Working with the Seminole Tribe ofFlorida in Immokalee to design the renovation of athletic facilities as a subconsultant to LTG SportsTurf One. The project includes renovation of existing facilities: ball field, concession/restroom building,dugouts, press box, and bleachers, as well as the addition of a new north ball field.
<br />•Estee Lauder Multiple Laboratories; Long Island, NY: Managed the design and construction of multiplelaboratories, including the bioferm lab, makeup lab, CDLM-G lab, and the Creams 5 lab, the largestcreams laboratory on the east coast. Design included HVAC and mechanical process design involvingsteam, chilled water, nitrogen, compressed air, and domestic water systems. Responsibilities alsoincluded the management of the architectural, structural, and MEP portions of the design.
<br />•Mercedes Benz and Competition BMW Showrooms; Smithtown and Huntington, NY: HVAC design forshowroom additions. The additions included a complete re-design of their HVAC system utilizing Revit,including the installation of vehicle exhaust systems.
<br />•DASNY Samaritan Village at the Highbridge Residential Treatment Center; Bronx, NY: HVAC design inRevit for a five-story treatment center. This included an outdoor air cooled chiller with chilled water, andan indoor boiler system, both with indoor air handling units.
<br />•Greybarn Apartment Development; Amityville, NY: HVAC design for seven apartment buildings inAmityville, which included a central laundry and bathroom exhaust system, packaged terminal airconditioners, and VRF systems for the public spaces.
<br />•Multiple Fire Districts: Roslyn NY, Massapequa NY, Sanford Heights NY, and Borough of Metuchen NJ:HVAC design for multiple fire houses, including packaged units, VRF, in-floor radiant, snowmelt systems,and vehicle exhaust systems.
<br />•Northport American Legion; Northport, NY: HVAC design for additions and alterations to the AmericanLegion building. This included the design of split system air handlers with gas furnaces, as well aselevator exhaust.
<br />•Engel Burman Group New Bristal Assisted Living Buildings; Long Island, NY: HVAC design for newassisted living buildings. This included VRF systems, rooftop energy recovery units, dedicated outdoorair units, kitchen exhaust design, and laundry exhaust design.
<br />•Village of Ocean Beach Village Office Building Renovation; Ocean Beach, NY: HVAC design ofrenovated Office Building. This included a VRF system, which would help keep the HVAC system asenergy efficient as possible.
<br />•Gabrielli Building Canopy; Long Island, NY: This project required the installation of a diesel fuel tank, adispensing station, and a control system for the dispensing of fuel.
<br />•Court Plaza Domestic Water Heater Upgrades; Long Island, NY: Plumbing design for apartment building. This included the selection of new domestic water heaters, as well as selecting a new expansion tank,and re-designing the piping layout for the hot water system in the boiler room.
<br />•Ørsted Operations and Maintenance Facility; Setauket, NY: Design of a LEED Certified building utilizingVRF to promote energy efficiency, with a 72 ton data center utilizing Dunham-Bush CRAC units.
<br />•Steel Equities Stony Brook Medicine; Lake Grove, NY: Design for the renovation of a former retail storeinto a medical center following ASHRAE 170 at the Smithhaven Mall. The design included packagedrooftop units with special care on pressurizing code required rooms for medical facilities.

<br />Mr. Foerth is a mechanical engineer with 15 years of experience. His responsibilities include the
<br />preparation of heating and cooling load calculations, equipment selection, HVAC system design in
<br />AutoCAD and Revit, and shop drawing review. He also assists H2M’s Energy Market with energy modeling
<br />and auditing services, as well as assembles real estate proposals and fees for HVAC designs. He is an
<br />H2M certified project manager and serves as the manager and client contact for H2M’s Estee Lauder
<br />account.
