<br />programs. His background includes field inspection supervision, contract administration, pay

<br />maintenance, and project closeout. He is experienced in coordinating with agencies, municipalities,

<br />Liberty Street Improvements CEI, Hollywood, FL: Construction Project Manager/Contract Support
<br />Specialist for this Broward County Transportation Surtax Municipal Rehabilitation & Maintenance
<br />(R&M) project that includes approximately 350 LF of sidewalk replacement, ADA upgrades, drainage/
<br />stormwater repairs, and pavement resurfacing on Liberty Street between N 33rd Avenue and N 31st
<br />Avenue to benefit pedestrians and drivers. CES is providing ongoing CEI/CPM services for primarily
<br />Surtax and LAP funded roadway projects, which include stormwater and drainage improvements.
<br />FDOT D6, SR 7 Grouping CEI Services, Miami-Dade County, FL: Contract Support Specialist.
<br />Supported contract administration and closeout for two SR 7 projects totaling approximately $28.1M
<br />and 4-miles in length, including full reconstruction from NW 8th Street to NW 36th Street with
<br />MDWASD water and sewer improvements under a JPA (FM No. 425598-1-52-01), and resurfacing
<br />from NW 36th Street to NW 78th Street with ADA, drainage, and pavement improvements (FM No.
<br />430817-1-52-01). Responsibilities included processing pay estimates, weather letters, materials
<br />acceptance documentation and certifications; reviewing daily reports; maintaining as-built records;
<br />and supporting project closeout.
<br />SR-714/Okeechobee Boulevard CEI Services, Palm Beach County LAP, FM 229755-2-58-01, FDOT
<br />D4, FL: Project Administrator responsible for overseeing and monitoring all aspects of the project.
<br />He supervised the field inspection team, provided guidance and resolution on field changes, and
<br />observed schedule and budget. The structural components of this project included a new combined
<br />traffic/rail signal system for the CSX/Tri-Rail Gate Crossing, new overhead truss cantilever sign
<br />structure drilled shaft foundations, five signalization mast arm drilled shaft foundations, and Class
<br />II Structural Concrete for protection of existing piers underneath the overpass. Also managed the
<br />CEI contract; supervised the field inspection; reviewed and approved the drilled shaft installation
<br />plan, including the review of the drilled shaft logs; ensured CSL Testing was performed as per the
<br />FDOT Specifications; provided guidance and resolution on field changes that took place; coordinated
<br />with the Engineer of Record; responded to all contractor’s RFIs and shop drawing submittals; and
<br />confirmed and verified approval of all materials incorporated into the project, including all the
<br />structural steel, LIMS, and final submittal of the PA Material Statement.
<br />Pines Boulevard (SR-820) and I-75 (SR-93) Interchange CEI Services, City of Pembroke Pines LAP,
<br />FM 414152-2-58-01, FDOT D4, FL: Project Administrator responsible for overseeing and monitoring
<br />all aspects of the project. Supervised field inspection team, provided guidance and resolution on
<br />field changes, and observed schedule and budget. The project included modifying the existing
<br />interstate overpass, entrance and exit ramps from a rural configuration to an urban configuration, as
<br />well as widening, signalization, landscaping, and access management improvements.
