<br />with the Flagler District BID and the Miami Downtown Development Authority (Miami DDA), are
<br />working to transform Flagler Street into an iconic, festival-style boulevard and enhance its operations
<br />and activities.
<br />FDOT D4 I-95 Express Phase 3B2 (Job# E4T19), I-95 Express Lanes & Ramp Signals-Phase 3B-2,
<br />West Palm Beach, FL: Senior Project Administrator/Construction Manager for a $150M project on I-95
<br />from South of Glades Road to South of Linton Boulevard which consists of six miles of reconstruction
<br />of a limited access facility and the addition of a high value priced lane on each direction. Responsible
<br />for contract administration, coordinating construction activities, preparation of monthly estimates,
<br />assisting in the preparation of supplemental agreements and work orders, conducting meetings,
<br />supervising inspection personnel, and maintaining project files among others, on the disciplines of
<br />ITS, Tolling, Signalization, and Lighting.
<br />Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise HEFT Widening from SW 216th Street to Eureka Drive, Miami-
<br />Dade County, FL: Contract Support Specialist/Construction Project Administrator for a widening
<br />project that included 11 bridges and nine ramps. The scope also included milling and resurfacing,
<br />pile driving, lighting, drainage, noise walls, MSE walls, signing structures, ITS, signalization, and
<br />roadway reconstruction, among others. Responsible for generating progress estimates, preparation
<br />of contract changes, and assisting the project engineer in the analysis of claims and preparation of
<br />supplemental agreements. Also responsible for the maintenance of sampling and testing database,
<br />review and approval of inspection daily reports, maintenance and update of all technical files and
<br />project documentation, preparation of the Final Estimate, and all associated documentation.
<br />FDOT D6 LAP & ARRA Projects Auditor, Miami-Dade County, FL: Construction Manager/Project
<br />Administrator responsible for reviewing Construction Compliance and Specifications adherence
<br />on dozens of Federal Aid projects throughout Miami-Dade County. Responsible for project
<br />documentation and materials certification audits. Also responsible for field reviews and preparation
<br />of necessary reports and correspondence.
<br />FDOT D4 & D6, Multiple Concurrent Projects, FL: Contract Support Specialist/Assistant Construction
<br />Manager/Project Administrator for several concurrent projects that included a bascule bridge
<br />replacement, bascule bridge demolition, and reconstruction and widening of a high traffic urban
<br />roadway. Duties included the compilation and maintenance of all technical and administrative
<br />project files, generation of progress estimates, preparation of Final Estimate, and preparation of
<br />as-built plans, among others.
