<br />New Medical Clinic & Public Safety Building, STOF Immokalee
<br />Reservation: New Medical & Behavioral Center inclusive of a 3,057
<br />SF behavioral health building that connects by enclosed corridor
<br />to a 16,348 SF medical clinic building serving as a multipurpose
<br />treatment facility to include medical care, dentistry, physical
<br />therapy, and meeting space. The project also features a 21,504
<br />SF, single-story Public Safety Facility comprised of a Fire, Police
<br />Station, and Emergency Operation Center with watch room,
<br />bunk rooms, offices, exercise room, kitchen/dining, bunker
<br />gear, 3-bay apparatus space and building support spaces. This
<br />new 41,000 SF campus is located on 9.7 acres at Immokalee’s
<br />Seminole Crossing Trail.
<br />Multifamily Development, Eight Clans Replacement, STOF
<br />Hollywood Reservation: Multifamily redevelopment replacing
<br />the existing Eight Clans Estates buildings. The new construction
<br />of 18, approximately 2,200 SF, 3- and 4-bedroom, two-story
<br />townhomes. Amenities include a playground, open space, fenced
<br />lanai’s, and guest parking.
<br />Cultural Center Complex, Brighton Reservation: A new complex
<br />located just west of the Pemayetv Emahakv Charter School
<br />consisting of three buildings to include a new community cultural
<br />center, library, and Boys & Girls Club.
<br />Immokalee Recreational Center Phases 1 & 2, STOF Immokalee
<br />Reservation: Phase 1 adds a pool and playground, while Phase
<br />2 includes construction of the recreation center building, Boys &
<br />Girls Club, and parking lot.
<br />Brighton Immersion Program School Building, STOF Brighton
<br />Reservation: New 26,000 SF school facility housing the
<br />Pemayetv Emahakv Charter School Tribal Immersion Program.
<br />Lakeland Trust Land Community Building, Lakeland, FL: One-
<br />story, 35,351 SF community building on a nearly 3-acre site
<br />featuring a gymnasium, basketball court, exercise room, game
<br />room and an outdoor swimming pool, administrative offices, as
<br />well as dedicated Culture program spaces such as a teaching
<br />kitchen. The structure is being built to withstand a Category 4
<br />hurricane and can be used as a shelter during storms.
<br />New Senior Center & Preschool, STOF Big Cypress Reservation:
<br />The 21,000 SF Senior Center, located parallel to the new Preschool,
<br />will include a cafeteria/flex area, commercial kitchen, game area,
<br />pottery lab, fitness room, showers, supporting administrative
<br />offices, plus a full building generator. The Preschool will serve
<br />children ages one- to five-years-old and feature classrooms,
<br />cafeteria, kitchen, open-air playground, and supporting
<br />administrative offices across approximately 34,700 SF. Additional
<br />scope includes raising the entire site’s elevation by one foot.
<br />Skate Park Upgrades, STOF Brighton Reservation: Remodel/
<br />repurpose of the existing restroom building; refinishing and
<br />reconditioning existing skate ramps; refinishing and expanding
<br />existing skate park concrete slab; adding new chain link fence
<br />and gates; installation of new bleachers; a new overhead
<br />Airnasium; plus all associated MEP and civil/site work.
