(CES) is a minority-owned, multidisciplinary professional services firm founded in 2001—25+ years of experience. With <br />offices throughout Florida—including our headquarters in Miami-Dade County—and in New York, New Jersey, and the Washington, DC <br />metropolitan area, we provide professional engineering, construction inspection, construction management, project/program controls and <br />analytics, project/program management, design-build, and progressive design-build services primarily to public-sector clients and agencies. <br />Since the firm’s inception, CES personnel have been involved in some of <br />the largest infrastructure improvement projects and programs in Florida <br />and New York. The company’s professional staff of 140+ professionals has <br />extensive experience in the areas of civil and land development engineering, <br />water and wastewater utility, roadway, grading, drainage, and stormwater <br />engineering design, traffic/transportation engineering, hydraulic modeling, <br />structural engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, permitting <br />services, QA/QC, construction management, construction inspection <br />services, cost estimating, project controls, cost control, document <br />controls systems, claim analysis, dispute resolution, scheduling, change <br />management, project/program management, and owner’s representation. <br />CES’s services span the project design and implementation process, ranging <br />from feasibility studies and preliminary engineering reports to full design <br />and construction management. Due to our relevant experience—including <br />extensive municipal experience, the CES Team has no learning curve and <br />can deliver the City’s professional services efficiently, providing City <br />residents and businesses with cost-effective solutions and peace of <br />mind—improving the community and our quality of life. <br />CES offers the City a team of qualified personnel who have provided <br />professional services on a multitude of infrastructure improvement <br />projects just like those that will be assigned under this contract. Our <br />experience includes providing professional services to numerous public- <br />sector agencies, including many municipalities in South Florida. <br />CES has assisted public-sector agencies through similar continuing <br />services agreements since its formation 25+ years ago. We understand <br />the need to work closely with City staff to understand infrastructure, <br />utility, facility and community needs, schedules, and budgets, especially <br />as they relate to continuity of service/access within limited budget and <br />schedule conditions. CES has been engaged by numerous municipal and <br />public organizations to provide services on a task order basis through <br />continuing service agreements. In fact, CES has provided professional <br />services to municipal and public-sector agencies through well over 100 <br />Continuing Service Contracts over the past 25+ years. <br />A list of CES’s professional services is included on the following page.
