I feel like this is a major reason for their success as a firm and am available to discuss any of the projects they've worked on for <br />the City of Miami Beach. <br />5/5. CHA is great at providing the agreed upon services on a timely deliverable schedule, any issues with project <br />schedule were outside of their control. Any issues we faced were usually in the City or permitting agency's court. <br />5/5. Yes, CHA staff felt like they were always available. Communication and commitments were not an issue. The <br />City of Miami Beach has always felt like both teams were working together to achieve a certain goal. <br />5/5, staff if extremely competent and very accessible <br />5/5, all project expectations have been met so far. <br />Yes, the City of Miami Beach has multiple ongoing projects with this firm.
