17Conemco Engineering, Inc. - RFQ # 26-07-01.; CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICES (CCNA) Conemco Engineering, Ing. will execute 100% of the scope of services required under this contract using exclusively its own in -house personnel, resources, and operational structure. Therefore, no sub -consultants, critical service providers, or external organizations will be subcontracted to perform any of the principal services of this project. This direct execution model guarantees the city: • Quality Control: Unified supervision and single -point accountability without intermediaries across all project phases. • Communication: A clear, direct line of communication and decision-making, eliminating coordination risks. 3.1 Staff Pool Size & Experience To ensure the successful execution of this contract, Conemco maintains a highly qualified and multidisciplinary workforce from which the proposed project team has been selected. Our organizational structure provides deep technical expertise and operational 3.2 Project Coordination Effective communication is essential to ensure efficient project execution and alignment with the City of Sunny Isles Beach's expectations. • Project Kick-off and Regular Check-ins: For each task assignment, Conemco will conduct a comprehensive kick-off meeting with the City's representatives to establish project objectives, scope, schedule, communication protocols, and deliverables. Regular progress meetings will be held, as appropriate, to review project status, address any issues, and ensure that all work remains on schedule and aligned with the City's expectations. • Project Management: Conemco utilizes project management and document control tools to monitor schedules, deliverables, and project progress in real time. These tools support efficient coordination among team members, maintain accountability, and provide the city with timely project updates and transparent communication throughout the duration of each task order. • Point of Contact: Mr. Santiago Rivera, Project Manager, will serve as the City's primary point of contact and will: Oversee the overall coordination of all services performed under this contract. Facilitate communication between the City and Conemco's project team. Ensure prompt responses to requests and inquiries. Coordinate timely decision-making and issue resolution. Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with the City's schedule, scope, and quality expectations. Professional Experience Our staff possesses extensive experience in planning, design, construction management, inspection, and contract administration.
