19Conemco Engineering, Inc. - RFQ # 26-07-01.; CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICES (CCNA) 3.4 Experience and Qualifications of Staff The proposed team has extensive experience providing engineering, architectural, inspection, and project management services for municipal, transportation, utility, commercial, institutional, and residential projects throughout Florida. Team members have s uccessfully delivered capital improvement programs, infrastructure rehabilitation projects, building assessments, structural restoration, architectural des ign, construction administration, and CEI services for public agencies and private clients. The team's multidisciplinary expertise allows for efficient project delivery from planning through construction. 3.5 Satisfactory Record of Performance Conemco maintains a satisfactory record of performance and a demonstrated history of successfully fulfilling its contractual obligations. Since its establishment, the firm has not had any contracts terminated for default, has not had any judgments rendered against it in connection with services of similar scope, and has not been involved in any criminal, civil, or administrative suits, actions, investigations, or proceedings related to comparable professional services. Additionally, Conemco and its staff have not failed to complete contracted services during any period, excluding projects that remain active or under contract. The firm’s performance record reflects its commitment to contractual compliance, professional accountability, technical quality, responsive communication, and the successful completion of assignments in accordance with client requirements. This satisfactory performance history is supported by Conemco’s established experience providing professional engineering, surveying and mapping, construction engineering inspection, and related consulting services for public and private-sector clients throughout South Florida.
