Response & Rapid Mobilization: As part of our continuing services commitment, Conemco is <br />prepared to respond to emergency assignments as quickly as possible and mobilize qualified <br />personnel to meet the City's immediate needs. <br /> <br />2.4 Understanding of Issues & Schedule of Proposed Services <br />Conemco understands that performing work within the City of Sunny Isles Beach requires balancing technical accuracy with community impact, strict regulatory <br />oversight, high water tables, coastal resilience, and tight schedules. Our Project Managers will keep the design and construction phases of projects strictly on <br />schedule and on time. We will thoroughly plan and make sure that as many constraints as possible are identified and properly addressed so any impacts are identified <br />and quickly dealt with in a timely manner. During construction, Conemco will provide <br />bidding support, review contractor submittals, prepare addenda as <br />required, and deliver construction administration services to ensure the <br />successful completion of the project. <br />CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING & INSPECTION (CEI) SCHEDULE: <br />CEI services will begin with a review of the contractor’s baseline CPM <br />schedule, QA/QC procedures, and inspection requirements prior to <br />construction. Throughout the construction phase, Conemco will <br />provide daily field inspections, verify materials and workmanship, <br />monitor schedule progress, and support pay application reviews. <br />During project closeout, our team will complete final inspections, <br />verify record drawings, resolve punch list items, and submit the <br />required final compliance certifications to the City. <br />SURVEYING AND MAPPING SCHEDULE: <br />Surveying and mapping services will begin with the rapid mobilization <br />of field crews following the Notice to Proceed. Field activities will <br />include topographic and boundary surveys, utility locating, GPS data <br />collection, and elevation measurements as required. Following data <br />collection, our licensed surveyors will perform a comprehensive <br />QA/QC review and deliver signed and sealed survey documents, CAD <br />files, and GIS data to support the design and construction phases of <br />the project. <br />ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING SCHEDULE: <br />Electrical engineering services will begin with field evaluations of existing <br />infrastructure, including lighting systems and electrical facilities, <br />followed by electrical load. The design phase will include the preparation <br />of construction documents, technical specifications, cost estimates, <br />and 3D project renderings compatible with the City's standards. Final <br />coordination with utility providers and incorporation of review comments <br />will ensure the project is ready for bidding and construction.
