Equipment & Workforce: We maintain a dedicated operational base in Miami-Dade County, maintaining specialized equipment and personnel accustomed to South Florida’s groundwater conditions, coastal soil, and environmental compliance requirements. 3. Response & Rapid Mobilization: As part of our continuing services commitment, Conemco is prepared to respond to emergency assignments as quickly as possible and mobilize qualified personnel to meet the City's immediate needs. 2.4 Understanding of Issues & Schedule of Proposed Services Conemco understands that performing work within the City of Sunny Isles Beach requires balancing technical accuracy with community impact, strict regulatory oversight, high water tables, coastal resilience, and tight schedules. Our Project Managers will keep the design and construction phases of projects strictly on schedule and on time. We will thoroughly plan and make sure that as many constraints as possible are identified and properly addressed so any impacts are identified and quickly dealt with in a timely manner. While we cannot eradicate all surprises on a construction project, we will work closely with the Contractor to assist in developing a process that will give an early warning of any activity issues so they can be dealt with promptly. The design will advance through the 60%, 90%, and final construction document stages, incorporating Owner and agency review comments throughout the process. During construction, Conemco will provide bidding support, review contractor submittals, prepare addenda as required, and deliver construction administration services to ensure the successful completion of the project. CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING & INSPECTION (CEI) SCHEDULE: CEI services will begin with a review of the contractor’s baseline CPM schedule, QA/QC procedures, and inspection requirements prior to construction. Throughout the construction phase, Conemco will provide daily field inspections, verify materials and workmanship, monitor schedule progress, and support pay application reviews. During project closeout, our team will complete final inspections, verify record drawings, resolve punch list items, and submit the required final compliance certifications to the City. SURVEYING AND MAPPING SCHEDULE: Surveying and mapping services will begin with the rapid mobilization of field crews following the Notice to Proceed. Field activities will include topographic and boundary surveys, utility locating, GPS data collection, and elevation measurements as required. Following data collection, our licensed surveyors will perform a comprehensive QA/QC review and deliver signed and sealed survey documents, CAD files, and GIS data to support the design and construction phases of the project. ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING SCHEDULE: Electrical engineering services will begin with field evaluations of existing infrastructure, including lighting systems and electrical facilities, followed by electrical load. The design phase will include the preparation of construction documents, technical specifications, cost estimates, and 3D project renderings compatible with the City's standards. Final coordination with utility providers and incorporation of review comments will ensure the project is ready for bidding and construction.
