<br />Lissy La Paix Puello, PhD, PE, has 20 years of experience
<br />in transportation engineering with expertise in ITS,
<br />signalization, TSM&O, lighting, traffic analysis, pedestrian
<br />detection, connected vehicle readiness, and smart signal
<br />systems. She has served as Engineer of Record and
<br />technical lead for roadway projects involving signalized
<br />intersection replacements, controller upgrades,
<br />interconnect plans, ATSPM, ITS coordination, wrong-way
<br />driving detection, and multimodal safety improvements.
<br />As ITS, Signalization, and TSM&O Lead, she will guide
<br />system planning, design, integration, and coordination
<br />to ensure the City receives reliable, interoperable, and
<br />implementation-ready solutions. Her combined design
<br />and operations experience allows her to integrate signal,
<br />lighting, detection, communications, and safety needs
<br />into coordinated intersection improvements.

<br />Jessica Reyes, PE, IMSA II, has more than 22 years of
<br />experience in transportation planning, traffic engineering,
<br />roadway and traffic data collection, data analysis, safety
<br />analysis, and quality control. She has led districtwide RCI,
<br />HPMS, traffic data, and statistical programs for FDOT,
<br />coordinating field personnel, establishing collection
<br />procedures, resolving field issues, and verifying data
<br />for accuracy, consistency, and compliance. As Data
<br />Collection Lead, she will plan and oversee traffic counts,
<br />field observations, roadway inventories, data processing,
<br />and QA/QC to provide the City with timely, reliable
<br />information for traffic operations and intersection
<br />studies. Her hands-on knowledge of field methods, GIS,
<br />database systems, and traffic analysis tools allows her
<br />to manage data collection efficiently from deployment
<br />through final delivery.
