She has served as Engineer of Record and <br />technical lead for roadway projects involving signalized <br />intersection replacements, controller upgrades, <br />interconnect plans, ATSPM, ITS coordination, wrong-way <br />driving detection, and multimodal safety improvements. <br />As ITS, Signalization, and TSM&O Lead, she will guide <br />system planning, design, integration, and coordination <br />to ensure the City receives reliable, interoperable, and <br />implementation-ready solutions. She has led districtwide RCI, <br />HPMS, traffic data, and statistical programs for FDOT, <br />coordinating field personnel, establishing collection <br />procedures, resolving field issues, and verifying data <br />for accuracy, consistency, and compliance. As Data <br />Collection Lead, she will plan and oversee traffic counts, <br />field observations, roadway inventories, data processing, <br />and QA/QC to provide the City with timely, reliable <br />information for traffic operations and intersection <br />studies.
