<br />Ivonne Planas, PE, has more than 27 years of experience
<br />designing water mains, gravity sewers, force mains,
<br />pump stations, stormwater systems, paving, drainage
<br />improvements, and utility infrastructure throughout
<br />South Florida. She is experienced in applying Miami-
<br />Dade WASD, FDOT, Miami-Dade County, Broward County,
<br />and municipal standards and in coordinating permitting
<br />with SFWMD, USACE, transportation agencies, utility
<br />owners, and local governments. As Water/Wastewater
<br />and Utility Infrastructure Lead, Ivonne will help the City
<br />evaluate existing systems, develop practical rehabilitation
<br />and replacement solutions, coordinate utility work
<br />within constrained urban rights-of-way, and advance
<br />assignments through design, permitting, bidding, and
<br />construction support.

<br />Oracio Riccobono, PE, has more than 40 years of
<br />geotechnical engineering experience supporting public-
<br />sector transportation and infrastructure projects
<br />in South Florida and beyond. His expertise includes
<br />subsurface exploration, laboratory testing, shallow and
<br />deep foundation design, pavement evaluation, slope
<br />stability, geotechnical instrumentation, foundation
<br />inspections, and construction-phase support. As Chief
<br />Geotechnical Engineer, he will direct geotechnical
<br />investigations, interpret subsurface conditions, develop
<br />design recommendations, and provide foundation and
<br />construction support for City assignments. His experience
<br />as Geotechnical Engineer of Record on major roadway,
<br />interchange, bridge, pedestrian, and multimodal projects
<br />for FDOT District 6 and other South Florida agencies will
<br />help the team develop practical, constructible solutions
<br />responsive to local soil and groundwater conditions.
