City of Sunny Isles Beach, FL | RFQ # 26-07-01 | Continuing Professional Architectural and Engineering Consulting Services (CCNA) | 58 Size Since 1937, CGA’s operations have grown from a two-person surveying firm in Hollywood, FL, to a corporation with approximately 600 employees. In 2018, CGA joined the SAFEbuilt family of companies, providing our clients with the stability and depth of resources of a national company with service delivery at a local level. CGA provides a comprehensive range of design professional services to municipalities throughout Florida. We leverage our extensive local knowledge alongside the broader capabilities of SAFEbuilt to deliver each client the highest levels of service, expertise, and resources. Due to our already strong presence in Florida, we can quickly and easily deploy qualified staff to support our on-demand contracts. Once assigned to a project, our team members remain dedicated to that project until completion. If any personnel changes occur during the life of the contract, CGA will immediately notify the City of the situation and will tap resources from nearby projects to temporarily support the City until a replacement is sourced, approved by the City, and on-boarded. In addition, as part of a nationwide family of companies, CGA has an exemplary depth of resources, including the ability to utilize both local and remote employees—literally from coast to coast. Over the decades, the capacity of SAFEbuilt, our parent company, has grown to 1,500+ employees who provide flexibility and economy of scale to 2,000+ clients nationwide. Because of these resources, CGA can utlize plan reviewers, inspectors, and more from the surrounding area to provide temporary surge support as needed. Our proposed team includes thirty-four (34) CGA employees. On the following page, we present an Organizational Chart, which illustrates the following: • The names of the employees in the area responsible for this contract • Their function in the company. • The name of the person who will be responsible for the coordination of work On the pages following the Organizational Chart, you will find the Resumes of each proposed CGA team member and Sub- Consultant, which detail their experience, qualifications, and satisfactory record. In the Appendix at the end of this document, you will find images of the licenses and certifications held by all of our esteemed proposed team (including our Sub-Consultants’ team members) that were not presented in the Minimum Qualification Requirements section in Tab 2. Size and Experience of Company Staff Pool Composition of the Staff Team Experience Both locally and statewide, CGA has a deep bench of professionals with relevant certifications and licenses issued by the State of Florida, including: • Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) • Certified Arborist (ISA) • Professional Engineer (PE) • Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) • Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) • Florida Stormwater Erosion and Sedimentation Control - Qualified Stormwater Management Inspector • Florida Department of Transportation Construction Training & Qualification Program (FDOT CTQP) • Florida Department of Transportation Temporary Traffic Control / Maintenance of Traffic (FDOT TTC/MOT) CGA currently has well over 100 government clients in Florida, including municipal, county, state, and federal organizations, as well as school districts and higher learning institutions. CGA’s vast experience working with local governments from the inside distinguishes us from other firms and allows us to consistently provide creative, practicable, and implementable solutions for our clients.
