<br />This evaluation included an assessment of
<br />the need for a midblock pedestrian crossing
<br />in accordance with the criteria established
<br />in the 2024 FDOT Traffi c Engineering
<br />Manual (TEM), a review of the most recent
<br />three years of available crash data, and an
<br />evaluation of existing operating speeds.

<br />Oversaw the traffi c engineering services for
<br />this Traffi c Impact Study for the Memorial
<br />Regional Hospital (MRH) Surgical & Critical
<br />Care Tower Expansion. The study evaluated
<br />the operational impacts of the proposed
<br />expansion under existing, future no-build,
<br />and future build conditions through the
<br />anticipated project completion in 2030.
<br />The analysis included eight (8) study
<br />intersections and four (4) roadway segments
<br />surrounding the hospital campus.
