<br />Mr. Nolan serves as the National Discipline Leader of Construction Engineering
<br />& Inspection. His in-depth knowledge includes a wide range of technical
<br />pursuits, from planning and design through construction completion and
<br />occupancy.Someprojectsincludeheavyhighwaydesignandconstruction,
<br />bridgework, parks and recreation, building/structure rehabilitation,
<br />hydraulic water/wastewater systems, design/construction management,
<br />and consultation with private as well as public organizations. He also has
