<br />www.craigasmith.com <br /> <br />3.6 Organizational Structure <br />The Organizational Chart (attached) illustrates the proposed organizational structure for the City of Sunny <br />Isles Beach contract. Orlando Rubio serves as Project Manager and Engineer of Record with direct access <br />to executive management and all technical disciplines. This streamlined structure promotes efficient <br />communication, rapid decision-making, and coordinated project delivery by integrating engineering, <br />surveying, utility locating, construction management, and specialty consulting services under a single point <br />of responsibility. <br /> <br />3.7 Staff Experience and Qualifications <br />Resumes for all proposed key personnel are included and demonstrate extensive experience delivering <br />continuing professional engineering services for municipalities throughout South Florida. The proposed team <br />possesses significant expertise in roadway and drainage improvements, stormwater management, water <br />and wastewater utility infrastructure, surveying and mapping, construction management, permitting, <br />structural engineering, geotechnical engineering and construction engineering and inspection. <br /> <br />Several members of the proposed team have previously worked together on completed and <br />ongoing projects for the City of Sunny Isles Beach, providing continuity and institutional <br />knowledge that will benefit the City. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />33
