Smith & Associates (CAS) is a Florida-based consulting firm providing professional <br />civil engineering, surveying and mapping, subsurface utility engineering (SUE), construction engineering, <br />construction management, grant assistance, and related water/sewer, stormwater/drainage and roadway <br />infrastructure services. Established in 1980, CAS has served Florida municipalities, counties, cities, utility <br />departments, and special districts for more than four decades. During this long-standing relationship, CAS has successfully completed <br />projects involving roadway reconstruction, stormwater management, utility engineering, surveying and <br />mapping, subsurface utility engineering, permitting, construction management, and construction support <br />services.
