He has varied <br />experience in many facets of surveying. He also has vast experience in utility <br />construction such as directional drilling and fuel pipe line staking and as <br />builts performed across the United States. Mr. Lookabill has been employed <br />by CAS since 2014 as a Survey Crew Leader and promoted to Survey <br />Coordination Manager. <br /> <br />Responsibilities include field management, client field coordination, survey <br />crew management and quality control in the field. <br /> <br />Selected Relative Experience: <br />Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department Force Main 604 Replacement, <br />Miami-Dade County, Florida. Surveying within the Rights of Ways of NW SW <br />113th Place and SW 224th Street east to SW 109th Avenue for sewer force <br />main replacement within heavily populated area. Primary and secondary <br />horizontal control points were established utilizing RTK GPS methods. <br />Vertical control was established by a differential level loop based on Miami- <br />Dade County Benchmarks. Route spanned approximately ¾ miles. <br />Florida Highway 92 Improvements, Lakeland, Florida. Survey for <br />engineering re-design along Highway 92 from North Galloway Road to <br />North Wabash Avenue. Primary and secondary horizontal and vertical <br />control points were established by “leap frogging” multiple base stations <br />1.5 to 2 hour sessions and then processed through the OPUS software <br />routine. Boundary monumentation was located by (4) 1-minute <br />observations done in pairs at intervals of at least 3 hours. <br />Interstate 95 Improvements, Palm Beach County, Florida. Survey for <br />engineering re-design along Interstate 95 in Palm Beach County from <br />Indiantown Road to PGA Boulevard. Primary and secondary horizontal and <br />vertical control points were established by “leap frogging” multiple base <br />stations 1.5 to 2 hour sessions and then processed through the OPUS <br />software routine. Boundary monumentation was located by (4) 1-minute <br />observations done in pairs at intervals of at least 3 hours. <br />FDOT Weight Station, Martin County, Florida. Survey for construction <br />staking along Interstate 95 in Martin County, Florida, north of Indiantown <br />Road.
