The improvements encompassed <br />12 clay and concrete tennis courts, a two-story clubhouse, pool, and support/maintenance structures. <br />Crain prepared the project from design through permitting and provided construction-phase support <br />through project implementation. <br />CRAIN ATLANTIS' ROLE <br />Architecture & Facility <br />Improvements <br />Provided architectural <br />and interior design <br />services for renovation of <br />the clubhouse and <br />associated recreational <br />facilities. <br /> <br />Multidisciplinary <br />Engineering <br />Provided in-house <br />mechanical, electrical, <br />and plumbing design, <br />allowing the building <br />systems to be <br />coordinated directly with <br />the architectural <br />improvements. <br /> <br />Site & Recreational Improvements <br />Prepared construction documents for resurfacing 12 tennis courts, including both clay and concrete <br />playing surfaces, as part of the overall facility renovation. <br /> <br />Planning, Permitting & Construction <br />Prepared construction documents using Revit/BIM, assisted with permitting and construction <br />management, and developed a cost estimate, project schedule, and feasibility study for the client.
