<br />Albert Capellini, P.E., S.I., CGC, is a Principal of Crain Atlantis Architecture +
<br />Engineering, Inc. with more than 40 years of experience providing engineering,
<br />project management, and construction services for municipalities, school districts,
<br />public agencies, and private clients throughout Florida. His experience spans every
<br />phase of a project, including planning, design, permitting, bidding, construction
<br />administration, and project closeout.

<br />Over the course of his career, Mr. Capellini has managed more than 100 public
<br />and private projects ranging from facility renovations and infrastructure
<br />improvements to water and wastewater facilities, drainage systems, and major
<br />building additions. He has extensive experience delivering projects under
<br />continuing professional services contracts, successfully managing multiple task
<br />orders while working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory
<br />agencies.

<br />As Principal-in-Charge, Mr. Capellini provides executive oversight, technical
<br />guidance, and quality assurance for multidisciplinary teams. He is known for his
<br />practical approach to problem-solving, responsive client service, and ability to keep
<br />projects moving from concept through construction while maintaining quality,
<br />schedule, and budget objectives. His long-standing relationships with municipalities
<br />and public agencies reflect his commitment to delivering dependable engineering
<br />solutions and exceptional client service.
