SECTION 8 Schedule of Available Services Responsive. Flexible. Ready to Mobilize. Crain Atlantis understands that the success of a continuing professional services contract depends upon the consultant's ability to respond promptly as individual needs arise. Because assignments may vary considerably in scope, complexity, discipline, and urgency, Crain will work closely with the City of Sunny Isles Beach to establish an appropriate schedule for each task based upon the City's priorities and required completion dates. Upon authorization of an assignment, Crain's Project Manager will coordinate with City staff to confirm the scope of services, identify required disciplines, establish project milestones, and assign the appropriate personnel. Our multidisciplinary structure allows Crain to quickly assemble project-specific teams and adjust staffing as necessary throughout an assignment. AVAILABILITY & PROJECT MOBILIZATION Assignment Authorization Upon receipt of a task assignment, Crain will promptly review the City's requirements and coordinate with City staff to confirm the scope, objectives, schedule, and required deliverables. Project Team Mobilization The appropriate architectural, civil, electrical, CEI, and supporting technical personnel will be assigned based upon the specific requirements of each project. Project-Specific Scheduling A detailed schedule will be developed for each assignment, identifying applicable milestones for investigation, design, permitting, bidding, construction, inspection, and closeout. Concurrent Assignments Crain's multidisciplinary staff and project management structure allow the firm to support multiple assignments concurrently while maintaining appropriate staffing, communication, quality control, and schedule oversight.
